Good value for money!

Good value for money! Went to puerto Princesa just for the night and the airport closes at nighttime. The staff was super friendly and helpful... arranged me the tuk tuk to the airport and everything worked perfectly. Thank you.

Location is along the city's national road and is very easy to find. Van and tricycle drivers are familiar with the hotel's location so getting there is very easy. Room was really clean and had a private bathroom with a window for ventilation. Spacious room too with ample sockets available. Breakfast exceeded my expectations - they serve bread with butter and jam, with sunny-side up eggs. Breakfast is included in the room rate, but you can ask for extra coffee for a small charge. Reception is 24/7, and staff (Ate Melanie and Ate Mai) reply fast to text messages. You can also reach them for assistance easily as they stay at the ground floor of the hotel. Ray, the owner, is really helpful. He helped us with our Puerto Princesa city tour itinerary. He also has a lot of stories to tell :)

Over paid for the room

I when we arrived I paid for the room, the hotel didn’t have any change , they said they would give me my change in the morning before I left , when we came down there wasn’t any staff there , we rang the bell no one turned up, we had to catch our flight. Not good service

The staff were friendly and very accommodating to all my inquiries. The rooms were clean and the location is just stones throw away from the airport. Will definitely come back.

Everything unless the staff. Cockroaches, very dirty, bad location (incorrect address on booking), noisy, hot, fat from everything. Your are welcome to stay here.

The place was nice, the staff was accomodating and the owners was very helpful. It's cheap...

Breakfast was ok, but??? and the bed was good but bedsheet and pillow cases should changed everyday and not wait for the guests to ask for replacement...

Include rice in your breakfast. Add hooks or nails to hang our clothes, specially in the bathroom where wet clothes can hanged after a day of swimming...

The staffs were very nice and very accommodating. We're supposed to have 2 free breakfast, but they added 1 additional free breakfast for our extra person. They attended to our needs right away.

You get what you paid for.

The location is near the hotel. Dont expect too much of the rooms and facilities as this hotel is only for sleeping (you get what you paid for). The staff are helpful and friendly. Wifi is also great!

The bathroom is too small.

Staff were fairly helpful

Didn’t know it was a fan only room - extra if you want the AC activating. Small, hot rooms. Tiny bathroom - not the cleanest we’ve had. Location is deceiving on booking.com - it is NOT walking distance to the NEW airport. It’s located by the old terminal that is no longer used. Tuk tuk driver organised by the hotel to take us to the airport tried to overcharge us once we’d got there - be careful.

well we dint like everything.. i guess its expected. only booked this place as we were reaching late in the night and it wasn't worth booking a better place. but regretted that decision.
